Such a great tool for forearm strength and development. I used to try to rig up something similar at the gym but no more. This is exactly what I needed. I purchased a 2.5lb and 5lb plate separately and I’m good to go.

I bought this to rehab my wrist using the 1 inch standard plates. Its very solidly build and light weight which is good. Can do Ulnar Deviation and other exercises.Honestly, it takes very little weight to get your forarms burning like 5lbs is more than enough. Could it take a 45lb plate? Probably not, but if you did, you would have the strongest wrists on the planet. Normal usage for most people is maybe 5 to 15 lbs - - 25lbs max if super strong. For me, 3lbs was tough. Great buy!!

Looks like it's not painted well. Also, the picture of the item doesn't look like the item received. Will return it to get a better quality item.

This is a great product. Quality and price are on point with this product. I'm a personal trainer and all of my equipment gets heavy usage with clients. I've had this for over 6 months and its as good as new. its also very good and progressing weights for forearm and hand strength. Super easy to use and comes with a weight clip.

Great idea and using it for my tennis elbow rehab. I have my own collars and so I'm using those....although the collar that came with it seems fine. Knurling could be a bit sharper/more aggressive....but knurling is an art and a personal preference....so for the majority of people....it will be fine. It feels a little slick to me...so I use chalk for a better grip.I use regular weight plates on it, and if that's too heavy...I just move my collar to the end of the implement and that seems like a good resistance. I also use bands.Really digging it and it's working great for me. Could be a little grippier...but otherwise it's a perfect and very useful and versatile tool.*Update 10/21/25: Added some Rogue "GOAT" Grip Tape to the handle where the knurling is. Went from about a 5-6 grippyness to like a 9 - 9.5. That tape is great and is really grippy AF...especially with chalk....but still very grippy without. Tape is resistant to chalk and sweat and is just what the Doctor ordered for this baby. Suuuuuper happy with it now.... :-D
