This did not work for me at all, it slipped around all night. The velcro did not adhere to to the pillow. I think the velcro strip on the piece that wraps around the leg is too short. I had to return it.

This is a wonderful pillow for support and pain relief. It did take a few nights to get used to using it, however now I can't sleep without it. The thickness is spot on and aligns hips perfectly. The cooling effect is functional as there is no sweating or feeling heated with the need to throw a leg out from under blankets. Definitely a great value for this product and I would buy again.

NOT FLUFFY FRIENDLY. I purchased this for myself and I am a larger woman with thick thighs. The Elastic does not secure properly due to my thighs being large. So I cannot use this. If you are a smaller person, probably a size M or smaller, this will probably work great. Other than that PERSONAL issue, it works like it should. It is very nice and thick. The size is great and would be easy to use if the Velcro would stay in place.

The quality of this pillow is very good. It has a soft outer layer that is removable and washable. The zipper is held in place and covered so it won't rub up against you. I am 5'2" and this pillow is about the same size from my inner thigh to my knee, making it a little too big. I really like the idea of the strap but it didn't stay put. I woke up several times during the night to adjust it and put it back in place, lessening my sleep quality. Although I think this pillow is very versatile and can be used in many other ways. It is also firm. It does have give but not enough to bring your legs closer together if you wanted. I think this is a good fit for taller folks or those with longer legs. It's easy to use and functions as intended. When I stayed put I could feel the relief and proper alignment, but as soon as I moved, it was awkward and slid off. Considering what you get for the price, it's a decent value.

Overall this knee pillow works.The foam is nice and firm, keeping its shape and returning back when deformed. It also separates your knees well enough to relieve pressure on your hips, as well providing some much needed space for those of us who have certain parts that can be sensitive to pressure. It is pretty thick, which is nice. And has a strap to keep it attached to one of your legs.At the moment it is winter so the cooling effect of it is not apparent.If you enjoy side sleeping. Then I would recommend this. It does take some getting used to but after that period you will feel much better.

I bought this for my boyfriend who has a bad back and it was a very welcome addition to his sleeping regime! The pillow is firm but not too firm, just enough to support your thighs and/or knees. He used it between his thighs so it didn't reach his knees. He has slender legs and the pillow contoured about his legs but it would seem that someone with bigger legs might not fit nicely into and have a hard time finding a comfortable position. I suppose that is when you could just use it at the knees. When the pillow arrived, I thought it was tiny but it was actually vacuum sealed nicely in a cloth bag. It is decent size to rest the knees/thigs. The strap is a great addition and does it's job.Overall, this is a really solid product! My daughter also has a funky back and I will definitely recommend it to her!

Wouldn't stay in place nor would it provide the necessary support to keep my legs and spine aligned.

The pillow has a nice strap on it but was too long for me and became cumbersome to keep on so I returned it.
