My lower back can be very painful without good support. This cushion is substantial in coverage and support. I chose it over one other that I bought at the same time for comparison. Its design is unique. It seems well-made and was worth the investment! I would highly recommend this product. FYI, I am an older woman with osteoporosis who is recovering from a fall on my butt 6 months ago that fractured L3.

Those “bumps” are uncomfortable no matter how I position the item. Also, I experienced neck stiffness and pain within a few minutes.

I like the soft, firm foam, which feels nice against my middle back. I’d been having a lot of pain there and riding in the car wasn’t comfortable- in the passenger seat there isn’t as much support for the lower and middle back. This pillow could stand to be a little wider; I’m not very big and it just about fits my middle back, and actually feels much, much better where the middle, rounded “pillows” press against the edges of the middle back. I didn’t check the measurements before buying it, but I’m glad I have it nonetheless.

I have arthritis and sciatica. I use this pillow on my recliner. My former back pillow had flattened and no longer supported my back. With this pillow my back improved immediately. The pillow stays in place so I don't need to use the straps. I highly recommend this pillow.
