I use these to help keep my hips separated, so for that I absolutely love it! If I were to try and use if for an excrcise, I think they are too soft -depending on the level of strength you're looking for/needing. If it's for the elderly or you're recovering from something -it would be helpful. If you're looking for something strength building, probably not a good fit for your needs. I like it for what I needed.

I recently used the MABOZOO Abduction Wedge Knee Separator after my hip surgery, and it has been a game-changer. The soft, breathable fabric feels great, and the adjustable straps let me customize the fit for maximum comfort. It keeps my knees at the perfect separation, reducing inflammation and providing much-needed support. After a nasty fall, Mom had the left side of her hip replaced last year. Given her age and Parkinsons she had to learn how to walk all over again (her Parkinsons caused her mind to forget how to walk). Thankfully she learned to walk but PT was not something she was dedicated to once all the PT was used up. Sooo, darn it, when she is sitting in her wheelchair or in any chair her knees collapse together. This pillow is perfect to keep her knees at the appropriate length. By keeping her legs and hips straight she doesn't have pain later in the day. We don't use the strap as it works fine without it.

I suffer from severe sciatica I own one for sleeping but this one is perfect for when I have to sit at the desk or long trips on the road where I can lay down and have comfort

This pillow comes wrapped very tightly, in a way that has it rolled in upon itself. This caused the pillow to remain slightly mis-shapen even after a day or two of being unwrapped. The pillow still functions as it should, however I believe it would be better if it was made of a firmer material, it seems to be a little too soft for abduction that is constant. Also, we tried to use it without the strap but it didn't take long before it gets squeezed out of place. In the end, the strap needs to be used. Additionally, I believe the velcro portion of the strap should be larger to accomodate different size persons wearing it.
