The ONLY reason I would buy a $30 cupholder is for a special application. The product seems fine and probably works as intended for the right size pipe; but it does NOT fit a 2-inch pipe as the description says. It's not even close. I bought it to affix to the stand of a hanging "egg chair" similar to what is shown in the picture. I measured the pipe on the stand and it is 2 inches on the money. On the other hand, the cup holder's method to affix it to a pipe requires it to go around that pipe and then tighten with screws. The other picture shows my measurement of the cup holder which is 1.25 inches at best.

Using these for passengers on my center console with no forward cup holders. Easy to install and they fit perfect on the T-Top tubing. Easy to swing out of the way as well which is a plus.

The picture looks perfect, the quality is there, but when I get the product, it does not come close to even tightening down on my console poles as pictured, there is no way to adjust it tightly, If I had not thrown out the box and packaging, I would return it. Oh well money lost.

Years ago I bought the older version of these for my dads boat. He loves them as it attached without drilling and was a great size for beer bottles and high balls cups and glasses.Now years later I relied on the same cupHolder for our family boat. We ordered the double and single to place along the inner rails of the boat. Easy to install and extremely durable . Great buy

The cup holder itself is wonderful and good quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the clamp is way to big for the area that we are able to mount it on our boat so we had to rig it up to make it actually work.
