1/7/25.Don’t waste your time w no name brands. Master locks are the best.I use these to stop people from dumping unwanted “carp” in my barrels.We have had rain, sleet, snow and 5F temps and they still open smooth as butter each time !!

Husband placed a lock on backwards, leaving us unable to fit key in and open.This product eliminates the risk of reoccurrence. Longer shift makes it ideal for our indoor storage unit.Arrived quickly. Appears well made and I expect will last for many years. Good price for our needs.

I'd give these locks a 5 star rating if they came with 2 keys for EACH lock. They are well made, after some use, I'll review the durability and weather resistance.

Camping in High Country usually means you need to take extra precautions with your food. Bears can detect food inside vehicles, trailers, ice chests, backpacks, pick-a-nick baskets, and possibly even in people. So I bought a really strong Bear-Proof-Grizzly-Tested Ice chest to defeat those rascals.Well, what they sold me was missing one important element. LOCKS! Don't forget to add locks to your Bear-Proof Ice Chest before you go. They really wont work well without them.So I picked these Master (a reputable name brand that will surely intimidate them) Padlocks with 2-3/4" extended shackle and they fit like a glove on my Coleman ice chest making it 100% Grizzly proof. I am delighted with how well they fit and function. Yes, they are unlocked in the picture... my beer is in there.So now I'm ready for camping. If I can only keep the bear focused on trying to pick the lock for 10 minutes, I can run like hell out of there before he smells the food in me... YIKES!

This is very good quality. I also like the fact that the shape of the metal that makes the loop and the shape at the top of the key are both hexagonal - it makes it easy to remember which key goes with it. (I have many keys.)The only thing the company should have done was let us know that we have to unlock the padlock to get it out of the package. It took me forever to figure that out. lol
