A VARIETY OF SLICE OPTIONS
- Flat slices from 1 to 9 mm: make potato chips, cucumber slices and green salads.
- 4.5mm / 9mm julienne: make shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, french fries and salads.
NON-SLIP
The mandolin slicer with non-slip rubber feet can be more stably fixed on the tabletop, preventing the slicer from moving during use.
Easy Storage
The non-slip feet can be folded for storage to save space.
Removable Blade
You can easily remove the blade by simply pressing the circular knob and turning it to the "out" position.
EASY TO CLEAN

It started to fall apart the fourth time I used it. The hinge for the upper guard started slipping almost immediately and the last time I tried to use it the guard that holds the legs in place just crumbled. Can not recommend. Angry they stole my money.

I just received this kitchen tool and have used it several times. I cannot speak to its sturdiness. The build quality seems adequate but nothing to brag about.The angled bladed made quick (really quick) and nearly effortless work of shredding a head of green cabbage in 1/16 " slices, thin-slicing several bags or radishes and a pound of carrots. I cleaned it just as easily, folded it up and slipped it into a small space in a cabinet. OOH! I comes with a pair of cut-proof gloves whiich I used!

I really love this mandolin slicer! I dehydrate fruit a lot and cutting them can be very time consuming and dangerous. I ordered this because I cut my finger pretty bad last time I was slicing oranges. This works like a charm and is very easy to clean!! I love it!

I guess I expected this to be a better quality quality as well as being easy to use. I found at least when I was using it. The slices are not consistent and the quality of it just does not seem to be as strong as I would’ve liked.Yes, the blades are incredibly sharp so of course you need to be careful, but on a unit like this, you want the blades really sharp!I will try it again but the first couple times I used it I was not impressed.

I found this unit to be very flimsy and the dial selector is very cheap after spending the money we did I wouldn't recommend this product as we are looking to replace it.

An utterly misleading picture. I just received my mandolins and there are no safety gloves included. I have barely got the slicer out of its box but already I am extremely disappointed.

Shortly before I finished up using it to slice up some potatoes (which didn't seem to hold a consistent thickness), I was stupid and tried to clear a jam by pushing the potato through the blade with my thumb. I didn't expect the blade to be so sharp... My advice: never use without the gloves that are included. If you don't follow this first piece of advice, keep pressure on the cut and the base of the finger to cut off the blood supply if you can. Avoid ibuprofen for the pain as it thins the blood and can worsen the bleeding.
