Where has this been all my adult life? As someone who has Lupus, slicing vegetables is not always an easy task. This has made it so much easier. No need to worry about needing to grip a knife to cut stuff during a flare up. Way easier to press down (I used my arm when my hand wasn’t working well)

I bought this in December 2024. I used it twice & it worked ok. I just tried to use it again and it broke. It is now useless. Not very sturdy. Save your money.

This is a well built unit, but it would be so much better if it were another half size wider so you could slice an onion that would cover a hamburger bun in one piece.

This is an amazing mandolin. Has a few pieces you have to place together before using, but it’s easy to do and it’s even easier to use. Cleans well too. The grips on the bottom stabilize it. If you were looking for a mandolin, this is so easy you need to get this one.

Does a great job. I can slice with no fear of cutting myself. Made sweet potato chips with it this morning. Easy to clean and cold away nicely for storage.

So fast and nice and thin cuts. Set up and use was self-explanatory, the kids are helping chop everything for taco night and loving using "the guillotine". Worth its weight in gold. We are Brand new to the world of mandolins

This is by far the best Mandoline. Have tried other brands for work but they don’t hold up like this one.
