The tools works well, but it takes some getting use too. It does not cut as easily as the video ad makes it look, but it works well.

Directions pretty confusing. More importantly, the 018 bit threads stripped the very first time I installed it. Definitely didn't overtighten, the other bits install just fine. I'm very displeased, I have seven doors to do and can't even use the tool now because the 018 is the main one I need. Very frustrating.

8/4/23 UpdateAfter leaving the poor review the company has reached out to me and offered me a full refund.Also let me update my situation I'm using the product on mahogany doors , where I need accuracy also the wood is quite hard I think this product would work pretty decent for a pine or poplar doors definitely hollow core.Product works it's hard to keep adjusted square and level it's pretty sloppy two things broke on it immediately now I've had to rig it up thinking about returning it
