Loved it at first. It seems to be choosing its own cleaning method now. It works well when doing what is asked (vacuum & mop vs just vacuum). Today it began vacuum plus mop and then stopped the vacuum and was only mopping.

Yes, it's a little pricey for a bottle of this solution, but it goes a long way, keeps the floor very clean and smells great. Honestly, paying a little extra for a quality product is worth it.

The shipping and handling was great, the only thing is I wish narwhal would take out more options for floor cleaners, has to be used with this specific cleaner. Wish it had stronger scents and more options. Doesn’t really smell like anything but some people might like that. Clean okay, the water comes out dirty so it’s doing its job.
