This is a flimsy rack considering it's made of steel, and doesn't hold a candle to their 23" model. The base/feet material gauge is too thin, and they have done a really poor job of 'reinforcing' the area the sides attach to by adding a strip of metal that causes the base to not sit flush against them. When bolted to a concrete floor, the sides wobble because the base flexes from the 6 feet of leverage the sides provide.Additionally, I received extra pieces and was missing pieces. It was clear that my unit was re-packaged at some point. I got two top pieces, and a 1/2 a box of the cheesy plastic vertical cable management rings. The bolts that are provided did not come with washers, nor lock washers, and were too short to thread properly in the silly riv-nut's they use. This not only makes stripping the riv-nuts easy if you try to use washers & lockwashers, which you absolutely should, it forces you to use M8 bolts which you will not find outside of a nut/bolt store or online. So I had to order bolts, washers, and lockwashers, add $35 to the cost of this, and days of wasted time. If you do not use washers, you'll tear the paint/finish off the surfaces underneath the bolts. This is an expensive rack for what you actually receive, and I would not buy this piece of junk again. Anyone giving this a good review either doesn't know what quality looks like, or they got a different unit than what I received.

When I purchase this there was no description of what came with it. It comes with cable guides and screws for equipment. So I placed orders for screws and cables guides and now I have to return them. What a hassle!

This NavePoint 45U Data rack was each to assembly. It comes with a lot of the necessary bolts needed to mount your equipment, along with a dozen side cable wire mangers. I will certainly buy this rack again. Thanks

Way way too expensive. I have been in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years you can go to any distribution channel in a major city and purchase a Hoffman or a Beeline two post rack in the $85 range. Where is it made? Doesn’t say where the cabinet is made. In all likelihood it’s a Chinese piece of junk

The reason for 4 stars was there was no assembly hardware delivered with the rack. Packaging was horrible.

Nuts and Bolts no where to be found. No holes drilled at the top for support beam. Guess I should have known since it was priced so cheap.
