Bought inJune2024 and found wireless range limited. Had frequent modem issues and had to reset most of the time. Can't find if WPS is on ornot, not happy. Got stuck with it as I can't return.

Works perfectly and saves me $10 per month. Quick easy install. Almost never have to do a reboot. Strong wifi signal. I can easily connect in my detached garage.

I was replacing my modem and this system is much smaller than my previous. It also seems to run well with my cox service provider. My wifi signal seems strong, and I know from experience with the Netgear they have excellent virtual tech support.

Very simple to setup & use. The only thing you need is your smartphone & internet ready cable subscription available. Hook this up & use your phone to connect to the router over wifi. Then complete cable internet activation.IMPORTANT: You MUST set your Admin password login to the router to complete your cable internet activation!I wasted quite sometime fumbling thru Comcast activation steps many times & it will never complete. Until I had tried to do Admin login to the router to check on things, then it'd ask for 1st time Admin login setup. Only then, the internet connection would be fully activated after the Admin login is done on the router.How to login to the router?1) Use your smartphone to connect to its Wifi network.2) On your (Android) phone, tap on the Wifi link details & tap on "Manage router".

Hooked the Netgear Cable modem up, called the ISP, registered the MAC id, the device connected but would not communicate the internet signal. ISP technician from Sparklight came to the house, ran several tests explaining each and showing me the results. We took the item purchased from amazon out replacing it with the new cable modem/router and I now have a screaming internet with no buffering.

I think I will be sending it back. It doesn't provide the wifi signal that is needed at my house. Good buy but for a smaller household maybe!

Outstanding product once set up.Speed exceeds Comcast modem.Needs to be set up with Comcast technical support over the phone.Took an hour but, worth it.Highly recommended if your looking to save the monthly charges with Comcast equipment.

I try to upgrade my previous modem I bought from 2015, which frequently gives me unstable WIFI connection. However, this modem doesn't do anything better. Once I have more than 10 devices connected to WIFI, same slow speed, dropping, disappearing happened again. Very disappointed and returned the product.
