I had purchased one of the adapters a without the plastic cover on the main board and it failed almost instantly after installing it, with the plastic is less risk when handling with your hands.

Ich hatte für meinen Thermaltake Lüfter Controller im PC einen USB Port benötigt und der uSB 3.2 Port war bei mir noch ungenutzt. Mit diesem Adapter konnte ich den ASIS USB 3.2 Port zum Standard USB Anschluss wandeln und daran dann den TT Controller für die Lüfter-Steuerung anschließen - so habe ich vermeiden können, Kabel aus dem PC inneren nach außen legen zu müssen. Super zweckmäßiger Adapter! Klare Empfehlung!

Bought these as the Mini-ITX build I'm working on needed an adapter from the motherboard to USB-C, since the case I bought has an actual USB-C cable coming from the front panel. tried another adapter and that one works fine, but the size of the plug for the case panel doesn't fit, so I know it's not the motherboard. Plugged this adapter into the motherboard and a USB-C cable into it and the phone I have connected to it doesn't register anything at all. DOA.

Cheaply made and well it works... but when this device is plugged onto my pc when I shut it down it wont stay off. It turns back on bc of this device, so I have to manually press the off button. I know this is the case bc I tried to turn off my pc with and without this.

Needed a Gen-2 header because my current motherboard doesn't have one, this was one of the few good value card on the market that also had a second Gen-1 header as well (I have 4 type A and one type C ports on my case).No issues with the setup, system automatically detects and installs it.I heard that other people were having issues with shutdown and standby, the system would not turn off with the card installed but I did not have that problem.My only wish is that it had another type-C connector on the back of the card as well, but other than that it's a nice upgrade that does the job.

After reading all the Reviews on this product I was kinda thinking it wouldn’t work or I’d have issues, but for me it has worked perfect, no issues at all,,, I used it on the Asrock B550m Pro4 MB.
