I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and we’ve used it four times already. Two cranberry almond cakes over the holidays, a brownie, and a coconut lavender cake. It’s super easy to use, and it’s very easy to clean.

This is my very first "fancy" baking pan. I've never used anything with designs before, but I fell in love with this snowflake design. For my first attempt I tried baking a pound cake. I sprayed the inside throughly with a baker spray (it has oil and flour combined) and the cake came out easily with just a few crumbs left inside (see picture) after it was done baking and I had let it cool down in the pan for around 10 minutes. I actually placed my cooling rack against the cake as I flipped them over together to keep the cake safer/intact. After it was done cooling I carefully moved it to a cake stand using a an extra large pancake spatula. The icing is just a simple sugar glaze that came with the Krusteaz vanilla pound cake mix. I choose this mix because it was slightly larger than other cake mixes, which have unfortunately gotten smaller/less mix over the years. As you can see in my pictures even this mix didn't fill the pan up quite enough, but at least it was enough to cover the "pull apart" grooves so my cake wasn't in pieces like cupcakes. The pull-apart aspect is actually really neat and made serving the cake easy, although two parts seemed like a better cake dessert size than just one (see photos). If it was brownies then one section part is probably large enough instead of the two.Overall, I am really happy with this pan and how impressive the baked goods look. It was also easier to clean than I expected (I also bought Nordic Ware's bundt cleaning brush tool to use). I look forward to trying out a lot of different recipes! This pan is definitely very sturdy and it should last years.

When I received this cake pan I was unsure of cleaning it after seeing excessive glue in the pan. (See picture) But it peeled out with no problem at all.I purchased the pan specifically for my daughter's first birthday cake, and was not disappointed! This made a beautiful cake that was easy to share. This has inspired a new tradition to be started for her birthdays. Each section of the snowflake can easily be cut to come apart in a single serving. *A bit of added knowledge, the Nordicware website offers recipes for the pan, and they are delicious.You will not be disappointed in this purchase. The pan is easy to clean and maintain.

This is such a lovely pan and makes stunning desserts. I made banana bread in it a couple days ago and it was perfect. I baked it for 45 minutes (until the knife came out clean) and then let it cool ten minutes before I turned it out of the pan.It released instantly and looked just like the pictures. I did go too heavy with the baking spray in one area, so it showed up lighter against the brown bread. I ate that piece first! My recipe for a nine inch loaf pan fit perfectly in the pan, but I had a mini loaf pan on stand-bye, just in case.I’m going to try the Pillsbury brownie mix in it next, and dust it with powdered sugar. After that, I have a great recipe for apple cake. I love to bake with Nordic Ware. It makes everything so cozy and charming..

Well made solid quality cake tin. Expensive as I'm in the UK but totally worth it as the cake cooked evenly and quickly and the tin will last for years. I've bought cotton drawstring bags to store & protect my collection of Nordic Ware tins. I'll never go back to silicone or thin carbon steel tins.I liked the fact that we could easily pull or cut off pieces of the baked cake. In the picture I used the low carb / keto gingerbread bundt cake recipe from the Diet Doctor website. Delicious!
