Pulls out of ground at first tug… useless! Held in only by stakes.

This is a metal post that has two rope-like toys that attach, allowing a dog to pull on the ropes and play by themselves with the post sunken into the ground.The only problem is, even a medium sized dog will be able to pull the post out very easily. You would have to stick this thing in cement or screw it tightly into a concrete pier that's already in the ground. You can do other things with it, but a dog pulling on it is too powerful.The included ropes are definitely fun for the dogs, but they can be bought separately for much less money.If you do have a dog that can't pull it out or if you have a way to set it up a lot more firmly in the ground, it will do exactly as advertised. Otherwise, you definitely have a few small chew ropes that your dog will enjoy, and you can put something else on the base that doesn't get pulled that hard by a dog.

Shorter than expected. Durable and easy to set up. Great rope quality. Very good toy
