I was skeptical at first that the product would be as good as the reviews still trying to understand their measuring cup ratio with water to rice, but you can’t just put it together and walk away. I did have to tilt the lid a little bit and let some of the steam out so it wouldn’t bubble over but all in all it’s a great little cooker especially for the price

Not fancy, only has cooker and warm buttons but works as it should. I bought it when it was about 15 bucks. I see it's now over double that price and not sure i would buy it at more than 20 bucks.

While unsure whether this would actually accommodate 4 cups cooked rice, I do believe 3 cups is possible and sufficient for our needs. Regardless, I do appreciate the fact that it's smaller than our full-sized rice cooker. Seller Ovente returned my inquiry within 24 hours stating they believe the 4-cup claim is valid. While I did need to slightly straighten out the inner pot to ensure the glass lid sits properly, I do appreciate that the seller would have happily sent a replacement. First use I chose to make 2 cups cooked rice to leave enough room to stir. Took about 30 minutes to switch over to warming mode.
