I discovered this line of Palisade products when searching for an alternative to tile for my new shower. Initially, I ordered a full kit, with 81 s.f., plus an additional box. Everything arrived intact. My contractor loved working with the product. He said it was much easier, and quicker of course, than tile, and said that he is going to consider the product for all bathroom remodel bids in the future, as an alternative to tile. The only problem I had was that I ran out of panels as well as trim, and had to order additional products. Unfortunately, the trim was damaged badly in shipping. The shipper had somehow bent and broken in two (then taped heavily in an attempt to keep the product from escaping?) the heavy-duty shipping tube, which meant the trim pieces were bent and ruined. I called the seller, and the phone was answered on the second ring. The service agent helped me with the situation very expeditiously. After sending her photos of the damaged shipment and product, she worked with her contact at Amazon to get the refund going without returning the product. Plus, she contacted the warehouse to expedite the shipping date so that I would receive the replacement product as soon as possible. She followed up immediately to every email: five or six rounds as she tended the process. Fourteen hours after I contacted the company, which was in the late afternoon, my new product was shipped. Fabulous!As for the product itself, the aesthetic is very pleasing. My guest bathroom is on the north side of my house. It is naturally a bit dark, with shade trees making it even darker. My friend used to call it "the outhouse" because it felt so cold and dark. The panels warm up the room significantly. It already looks great, and we haven't finished the remodel. I am very happy with this decision, although it seemed risky at the time. I'll try to remember to post pictures when it's done.
