I would like to hear from the experts but it seems that the longer bar forces me to focus more on balancing the weights so I get a much better mind-muscle connection on every rep.

The 84” (7’) barbell weighs 20 lbs exactly. Knurling is just enough and doesn’t cut into bare hands. Bar arrived on time in new condition with the collars. The collars were in the packaging at one end. They could easily be missed if you are in a hurry when opening the box. I have been using the bar every other day for three consecutive months. I have had 150 lbs on it with no problem. The bar is perfect for squat, bench press, deadlift, rows, and overhead press.

Weightlifting bar arrived in new condition within a cardboard tube with taped ends. However, the spring collars were not included. Not a big deal as I had a pair already, but just be aware.

Sturdy and with great finish. Barbell feels good to the touch. This product met all my expectations. The seller was great. Had some delivery issues with Fed Ex and the seller responded promptly solving the problem. Would purchase from seller again.
