Works well enough. I definitely feel it in my abs and legs. But the transition line in the middle, where it folds, is not smooth and is usually hard to go over.

For the price, this is a good product. It is foldable. I live in a small apartment with limited space and this Pilates board fits right under my bed or under my closet. I now use him daily to work my glutes, back, and core. The results are great and my muscles are getting tighter.
