I have purchased several of these. First for myself then a few as gifts. I strictly use these to hold and serve hot rolls, biscuits and cornbread. They keep bread piping hot for a long time. I really needed a larger one so when I saw they now have a 3.6 qt size I ordered it. They sent me the wrong color, but I don’t really care. It’s still pretty enough to serve at an informal gathering, potluck, or barbecue. To use: I temper with boiling water. Then wipe it out, line with a cloth napkin and fill with hot rolls. Place a cloth over the rolls before putting the top on. To clean: I just wipe it out with a hot soapy washcloth then dry.

First, I wasn’t impressed with the look of it. It looks kinda cheap and it’s quite bulky. The outside measures 14” across and 7.5” in height. But it’s only a 3.6 quart capacity. It does heat easily and stays warm throughout dinner. But it only holds about a 1/2 a loaf of french bread. The locking mechanism is tricky and I had a hard time locking it. This isn’t my favorite kitchen tool.

Perfect size (3.6 qt) to bring food to gatherings. Great functionality to keep salads cold, hot dishes hot and has a very tasteful appearance. Good value, too!

This is decent for keeping food warm, but I expected it to hold heat a bit longer. The lid fits well, and it's easy to clean, which is a plus. It’s a good size for family meals, but I wish it had a more premium feel. Overall, it gets the job done!
