I’m a watercolor artist and I like to go to thrift stores looking for frames for various paintings. Frequently the frames have missing or broken backs and the fittings to hold a back on. When I became aware of the products to insert the backing points, I ordered this gun. It came well packaged and when promised. I have had it for several months and have been completely satisfied with how well it is working for me. It is well made and a fairly heavy metal, so it isn’t going to fall apart anytime soon. Good value for the money.

My wife uses it more than I do. She's frames all her art.

This is perfect for when I am replacing the backs of old paintings & frames. Works great. Doesn’t really come with directions but it’s easy enough to figure out. Good value compared to others I priced.

I do a moderate amount of picture framing for my gallery. Previously, I owned an Italian-made point driver that was wonderful. When it bit the dust, I was astounded that replacing it now costs over $150. I took a chance on the Qutuni point driver, which hasn't disappointed me.It's very easy to load and works beautifully. I recommend.

I have only used this once to try it out. I bought this because it was less expensive than others, and I didn't think I'd be using a point driver much but wanted to have one on hand. After trying it and finding it very stiff and cumbersome to use with my small, arthritic hands, I came back to the pictures of it on Amazon. I realized then that I had been using it backwards. So you might want to make sure the driver end is pointing the right way to make it easier to grip.

I received it today and immediately framed four pieces with it. The handle pulls a bit further back than my old point driver, but it is comfortable and does not require much strength to set points into wooden or mdf moldings. It is easy to load with the points provided in the box and I’ve had no jams or misfires so far. It’s a good buy!
