My husband just got approved for his CCW so this lock box was a gift for him to keep his firearm safe and secure in a vehicle during situations where he can't physically carry it on him. It's quality is comparable to other name brands and it seems quite sturdy. The metal is thick and heavy and the lock mechanism seems solid; it was easy to set the lock code, and the rotating knob makes it easy to lock up or pop open. My only complaint is that this arrived somewhat damaged. I imagine something heavy was placed on top of the box while in its packaging which caused the clamshell to misalign and scratch the paint off along the edge. I realigned the box and it functions properly but it's a bummer about the scratch (not bad enough for me to request a replacement). Overall a great buy for the price point.

Amazing quality and very easy to set up. The instructions were very clear on setting a code and it took less than a minute. The safe is sturdy and the padding is perfect for my handgun. It comes with a cord for if you want to attach the safe to a location and not have it moved. It also comes with screws and pre drilled holes if you want to mount it. Very satisfied with how durable the material is.

I got this nice little safe yesterday I took it installed it in the truck in my car by bolting it down nobody's going to be able to remove this with any kind of ease.

Great little safe. Perfectly fits my glock with room to spare. Will easily fit full size. In the photo is a sub compact. The lid closes tightly with the foam locking it in place. It's basic but works well. No batteries to worry about. The only thing I wish it had was a 4 combo instead of just 3. Most combos use 4 numbers now and just 3 feels weak. Other than that you can't beat this for the price. A must have for travel or just secure access at home. Very quick to open if you know the combo.

Bought this as a gift for my friend who owns guns, very satisfied. Setup was simple and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Steel material feels solid and reliable for protecting valuables.

Nice safe. Good padding inside to protect a firearm or anything else. The cable to lock it somewhere is also nice. 3 digit combo works well for easy access, but if you wanted something more secure a 5 or 6 digit combo would be better.

Follow the instructions for setting the code. It's all mechanical which is nice since the electronic versions always run out of battery or have lousy biometric tech on them. This is a very solid build, feels very difficult to penetrate or break open. It's about the size of a medium library book. It fits right inside of my bedside table drawer. It's big enough for one firearm and a misc item, like a pepper spray or passport or something smaller. This is replacing my biometric lock safe.
