- Connect the product to the AUX decoder without connecting the audio cable to the navigation system.
- Enter the car navigation interface, select FM mode, and then manually select the adjustment channel, Select one of the channels (FM87.1 or FM87.3 or FM87.5 or FM88.2 or FM88.5 or FM88.7 or FM107.3 or FM107.5 or FM108.0), Use the AUX decoder keys or the "MODE" button on the remote control to adjust to the same channel,and insert the CD disc to hear CD music.

Q：Some cd's work, most don't or skips？
A：If some CDS can be played, the quality of the product is fine. Maybe your car does not support one of the music file formats WAV, cda, or mp3, so you can use AUX mode to connect to play. The music skip should be caused by scratches on the disc, and when the song cannot be read, it will automatically skip to the next one. This is normal. If you change to a new CD, this situation will not occur.
Q：The cd player is not reading the disc.
A：The disc formats supported by our products are: DVD-ROM, DVD±R, DVD±RW, CD-ROM, CD-R,CD-RW. Cannot support Blu-ray CD, vinyl record. Please check.
Q：This item does not seem to work with my car.

This appears to be a high quality portable CD Player, and have no reason to believe it isn’t.It is working great in my 2023 Tesla Model 3.

This cd player is great!! I had Sirius and it kept cutting out in my area, also it was never clear. My husband bought one too and now my brother in law said he is going to buy one too. It was very easy to hook up for my car and my husband’s truck.

The CD player cannot be operated through the Infotainment screen on a 2023 Camaro even after several calls with Amazon's tech support. The CD player had to be placed on the passenger seat and operated with a very small remote, which is not safe to use when driving. In addition, the CD player ate 1 CD as it got permanently stuck and then it scratched another one in several places. It is en route to being returned as it caused 2 weeks of headches.

It just shows the track number on the console display. It would be nice to know the artist, album title and recording title with track number. Still like a lot of boomers I have a CD collection and it is nice to listen in the Toyota again! My previous Toyota had a CD player.I was using an app on the cell, that drops out, stops randomly and then there is the commercials. I feel like I'm driving through the 1980's with my Audio Vox cassette deck.

We connected it to a Jeep via a short male female cable. The product functions through the screen in the Jeep. We had it connected with the secondary cables that came with the CD player. The CD were skipping. Adding the short extension cable due to the CDs cable being short makes the CDs stop skipping. The CD player mounted to the dash with no problem and works well with the extension.

I have used this in my work van Promaster City with the USB,also with Aux, it's all plug and play,remote works great for Aux set up. Also works perfect in my 2020 KIA Sportage with USB.You don't have to have android for it to work. I will update in a few months as I have only had it for a day.

I'm not sure if this is an Amazon issue or not but trying to get a return authorization on this flawed product is proving extremely frustrating. The returns process just loops you around to the beginning. The chat does as well. This is the first time I've tried returning an Item for replacement after years of purchasing at Amazon online and if I don't get this resolved I'll dump Amazon altogether including PRIME

Bought this for my newly acquired 2014 Ram w/ mp3 inputs: usb, sd card and aux {rca plug). Plugged in the attached usb cord and started to play thru the factory stereo, easy peasey. Tried numerous cds: audio books, home recorded cds and of course commercial, bought cds. Everything played except for a couple commercial produced cds so far. Haven't tried everything, probably more are not going to play. Not happy w/ that. But unit plays well, sounds good. Will post again after I try more of my library.
