Great reinforced knee pads for extra protection, they fit great and have plenty of padding they seem really durable and don't slip down your leg when you walk. They leave you with plenty of flexibility to bend down and get to work and to hop up and go.

I’m often down on a hard floor cleaning, or fixing something, or even assembling some complicated product. I have a little foam garden kneeling pad, but every time I move, I have to grab the pad to move it with me. I think these knee pads are a much better alternative.They strap onto my legs and have a hard shell with a tire-tread like texture against the floor with soft foam and gel cushioning on the inside that’s comfortable against my knees. I can get up and kneel down and move all around and the pads move with me. It’s really the perfect solution.These Veltec knee pads seem pretty good to me, with quality, durable materials and thick sturdy elastic straps and buckles that keep them in place. Once size-adjusted, they are easy to put on and take off with the quick release. Of course, it’s not the most comfortable to have any kind of straps on your legs, especially behind your knees, but that would be the case with any knee or leg product. I really like the protection these give me and my knees don’t hurt at the end of the project!

I usually use a foam pad to kneel on in the garden, but I got sick of dragging the pad around on days I'm moving around a lot. These knee pads are perfect because I just move around and kneel where I want to without searching for the foam pad. They're bulky but I love that because I can just drop right down on them and know that my knees will be fully protected

Really impressed by the thickness and quality of these knee pads. The surface is very thick and can take abuse. The gel and padding is very thick and definitely provides plenty of cushion and comfort. Two aspects of these knee pads keep them from being a 5 star product, however. The first is fitment. The straps cross around the back of the knee and can be adjusted but no matter how tight they are adjusted they seem to still slide around a bit. Secondly, I have concerns about the attachment point for the buckles. They do not seem to be reinforced with extra stitching and are situated in soft mesh type material. I feel like at some point the post will tear out and make these knee pads useless.

After years of home improvement projects leaving my knees aching for days, I decided to pick these us.The dual-layer protection featuring both soft foam and gel cushioning makes a remarkable difference. During a recent tile installation project that had me kneeling for hours, I experienced none of the usual discomfort that would typically have me standing up every few minutes to stretch. The gel layer conforms to your knee while the foam provides stability, creating a perfect combination of comfort and support.While it be nice to get these a little tighter on me, which is hard due to the strap design, I think they are okay for less-intensive needs and should be durability for a decent amount of time.

I have used these knee pads a couple times now and am ready to fairly review them. It is nice that they have a hard plastic shell with a soft lining. I can drop to me knees on a hard floor with no problem. They are not uncomfortable to wear and easy to put on. However, the hard plastic makes it so they do not conform to my knee. Additionally, they are constantly slipping down. I have tried overtightening them and they still don't conform to my knee and they still slip down. Maybe after I have worn them a while they will get better. The way they attach to my leg is a little different. There are two stretchy bands; one at the top and one at the bottom. They each have a hard plastic plate on the end that goes over a hard plastic peg on the other end. This does keep them from coming undone, but it is a little cumbersome to remove. A Velcro style band would have been much better. Even so, these are decent knee pads and I will continue to wear them until there is no life left in them. These are decent and reasonably priced at just under $20.

And these are very good knee pads. I'm an older big guy at 5'11" 265lbs, my younger days I wouldn't even use them, now I can't be down for more than minutes before I'm in pain. These are cushy and feel great, I wish they had toe pads? The have a soft foam and a gel layer that between the two keep you sane on the ground. They have a good solid tread on the front to keep you from slipping and sliding, but on wet tile or whatever other slick surface you're forced to earn a buck on they can still slip a bit. Set the straps to your size and then use the quick release buckle to take em on an off. I do wish the opening on the quick release buckle was open more like in the pics as it can be a little harder to get the pin in the hole, but you can do it.

I've never had a pair of knee pads that didn't slip or slide around, these aren't any different. The padding it nice, but do not conform to your body.
