These clips feature a 3/16 inch offset, designed to hold aluminum screen frames on windows of various types. Plastic screen clips like these are also used to secure window screens, storm windows and panels of storm doors. These screen clips are easy to install and are used by many. Fasteners (#8 x 3/4 inch) are included with each sealed package.

Several of these broke over the course of a couple weeks. Buy a die cast mold.

Used these to fasten aluminum-framed screens to wood face frames on screen porch. Screen frames are 5/16 thick but I could only find that height in white. (mfg used to make them in black but discontinued. Huh?) 3/16 sort of works for me, not ideal. Bought 5 packs, lots of variation among them, both in quantity (2 packs were short in number of clips) and quality ( Iād say 3 different types of plastic or nylon used in the packs and perhaps 20% of the clips were dinged/chipped- looked used.). Did the job but not the way I had hoped.
