My partner and I both use this pull up bar. Unlike my previous one, I like that this one has multiple ways to pull up on it allowing for a few different methods based off what you’re most comfortable with. Any marks that it leaves on my wall or door frame easily come off with a magic eraser. It feels solid and well made. Not loose. Flushes well to the door frame for a secure tight fit. Will have and use this thing for years to come!

It's just a simple bar which is what I wanted. I like the idea of the attachment point in the middle of the bar to hang my bands from. As with all the other reviews I didn't use the supplied hardware to attach to the wall. Overall simple and achieves what I wanted.

Works fine as a portable bar in any standard door frame but if you want to use the mounting bracket for extra stability the screws are too small for the provided anchors. Recommend installing your own anchors

When I first got this I did not realize how awkward the doorframes are in my new house. I had just moved in and after I finally put it together (that was NOT fun) I didn’t have a doorway I could actually use it where I intended. This turned out to be a good thing, my basement craft room doorway is the one the fits it best, without adjustment or extending it, and I use it for my silks swing, as well as arm pull ups for yoga and balance.I’m recovering from a health condition that requires me to do physical therapy at home to keep up the strength training after I completed my required physical therapy at that location.I have almost zero upper body strength, and need to build up my endurance and resistance in my back, shoulders, and hips in order to prevent further pain and injury. The use of the bar itself was more for my silks swing at first, that was used for anxiety attacks, but also I have slowly transitioned to using the bar and silks for stretching my hips and legs as well as standing pull ups from the silks.I’m pushing 180lbs right now, the heaviest I’ve ever been, and the bar still works fine.I think I’ve blocked out assembling it, because I read my prior review (which was edited now due to being able to use the product) and it sounds like assembly was not easy. But sturdiness and installation gave it the 4 stars. I only deducted the one star because of the assembly trauma.

It continuously outgassed a toxic rubber smell. Not durable construction.

This review is for the largest pullup bar offered in this listing that comes with bands.I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now and must say I am very satisfied! This is a very well designed piece of equipment that came pre-assembled and ready to use. It takes literally 3-5 seconds to situate in a doorway of your choosing and 2-3 seconds to take down. I really enjoy the feature that allows it to fold flat and hang it in a closet for storage. The process for storing also only takes seconds. The bar itself seems to be of excellent quality and has no trouble supporting me (180 pounds). The ring on the top bar and added rubber bands with handles allows for hugely increased versatility in exercises one can perform with this. I feel this pullup bar is very well designed and thought out.Expert tip: wrap the 4 points where this pullup bar makes contact with your walls and doorframe with rags. This will ensure the paint doesn't scuff with black marks from the wall grips. This is a suggestion for any and all instantly installable / removable pullup bars. I took one rag, cut it in half, then cut 1 inch strips off of each half. I wrapped the 2 smaller contact points with the 1 inch strips and tied them on with twine. I wrapped the two larger contacts with the larger pieces of the rag and tied those on with 2 pieces of string each. It looks good and functions well.Buy this product with confidence!

I recently suffered from Neck and shoulder pain aka pinched nerve. My neck and shoulder felt like it needed to be pulled or stretched. I had nothing in my house to hang from. I did not want to paid membership to the gym i may never get to use. Did not want to see the chiropractor. So I researched a little and decided to try this as it was recommended as one of the methods to relieve my neck and should pain. This pull up bar was what I thought I would need. As soon as this product was delivered to my house, i immediately set it up and slowly starting on my stretching exercise. At the time I got this product it has been almost 3 week since the pain started. Each day once or twice and sometime more as needed I would hang for 30 sec or longer and while doing half twisting motion and also doing pull ups. I do felt some bones correction or cracking each time I stretch. After 1 week my neck and shoulder pain had subsided by 90% and improving, and of course there were other stretching exercises that I've done as well, but this pull up bar was what I needed to complete the healing process. Just my personal anecdotal experience.I left mine setup on one of the doorway in the house for convenient for when I needed it and can easily be tear down and fold it up and stow it away in the closet.

I purchased this during the pandemic and I couldn't find a pullup bar anywhere. I looked everywhere and no retail stores were carrying pullup bars. I also found that most amazon retailers were out of stock of most everything. So, when I saw this available to jumped on it right away. Didn't really look around too much. The good news is this pull up bar does exactly what you need. Wasn't a big deal to assemble, and fits perfectly into my apartment doorway. It's awesome. So, if you are wondering if this thing is for real, it will do what you need from a pull up bar. No worries. It's worth noting that I talked to someone else who had a pull up bar and the wall above where it fits into, the wall cracked. So far I have no issues. I weigh around 160lbs and the wall seems fine so far. But, you may want to check where you will use this to be sure the wall looks ok.Be sure to figure out what grips you want to use. If you are like me, I can't do too many pull ups right now. But, this bar has many grips you can select. The widest grip, I can barely do 1. but, it seems some youtubers suggest not to use the widest grip as the closer grips are better. Do your own research on this. But, you should have all the ones you need. It has multiple grips that cover all the bases. Very sturdy too.You can also use it as a push up bar and it works fine with that as well. So, unless you have specialized needs this bar should be fine. And it looks cool. Combine it with a dip station (like I did) and you can do pull ups and dips at home!
