Der Boxsack kommt wirklich mit viel Zubehörteile. Befestigungen, Handschuhe, Handtrainer, Springseil usw.Finde ihn für den Preis sehr gut. Die Qualität scheint in Ordnung zu sein, kann aber mit den hochpreisigen Boxsäcken nicht mithalten. Für den Spaß zwischendurch und nicht als dauerhaftes Trainingsgerät, wird es sicherlich lange Spaß machen. Bei täglicher nutzung vermute ich, wird er nicht so lange durchhalten. Aber man kauft halt, was man bezahlt. Deshalb klare 4 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The Punching Bag is made from 2 mm Oxford cloth; all seams are double-stitched and the four hanging straps are attached to the bag with six rivets each. It's going to take a lot of punishment to tear a hanging strap off this punch bag. The punch bag is rated for a full wight of 60 pounds. I placed a bag with some sand in the bottom, and have rolled old drapes nice and tight to fill the rest of the bag.The punch bag hangs from a bracket with two mounting holes. Included are two concrete anchor bolts and 2 lug bolts for mounting to wood. I will be hanging the punch bag from a 2x8 wood beam in my garage. I don’t feel comfortable drilling two holes close together for the lug bolts, essentially in a 1.5 inch wide beam. I am doubling up the roof beam with a 2x8 board 6 feet long, and plan to have one lug bolt in the roof beam and the other in the doubling board. According to the seller the bracket with its attached chains has a holding capacity of 800 lbs.The 12 oz. boxing gloves have a nice finish to them. Across the palm area is a breathable mesh strip, to assist in wicking sweat. Having done manual work for most of my life my hands are in the extra-large category. I'm happy to say the gloves fit my hands just fine. Included are two strips of hand-wrap which I do not need.Also included is a tension adjustable hand grip. I am right handed and found my left hand cannot compress the hand grip at the setting of my right hand. I will be using this hand grip in my left hand when sitting watching TV. (Psychologically justifying my time in front of the TV!)There is also a skipping rope included. The handles have a soft foam/rubber coating with groves for venting the palms, and the cord is made from some type of plastic material. I used to box at high school. Yup that was way back when boxing was an acceptable self-defense school sport in a rough neighborhood. Then skipping ropes were made out of 3/8 inch diameter rawhide with wood handles. Getting five items ... in turn ...Grip strengthener. Fits well in my hand. Heavy spring. The knob on the close-up turns easily to increase resistance from 5kg up to 60. Get about 2-1/4" of movement - just right for my fingers to be a bit curled over the end before pulling it closed. Easy to use and adjust. I've upped the resistance already after just a week.Jump rope. About 3.8mm diameter rubber/pliable plastic tubing with very thin braided steel at the core. The handles are soft sided, 2-1/2" diameter, comfortable. The bottom screws off, then the cord can be pushed through. I opened the clip that is usually housed inside the handle - it pulls apart. With the clip open, you can adjust the length of your rope. Research it, but the rule for beginners is height + 3 feet, then height +2 feet as you improve. It's a good rope, but my leather guy is my daily drive. Now I have a back-up.Wraps - standard. 2" wide, soft woven, 3-1/2" Velcro ends. No reason to believe they won't last. Tossed into the rotation.Gloves. 12 oz. Nothing feels loose inside; no extra lining. Breathing mesh at palm and knuckle. Wide, long Velcro to close - wraps to just short of side of wrist. I'm not a heavy hitter, and my other gloves are 10 oz. I do this and jogging just to keep my aged body moving - so I can't comment on endurance for younger folks. But these gloves feel well-padded and secure.Heavy bag. Straps are secured almost 7" deep with 6 rivets and double stitching; rising above the stitching is just 4" and doubled ribbon. Zipper along the top; bag is lined. Bag itself stands at 4'. In addition to the four connection at the top is a final one at the bottom to minimize horizontal movement. Diameter is roughly 12 inches. If it's your first bag, research how to fill it - Spoiler, no sand; yes, old clothes.One problem with the hardware, but not enough to take away a star - easy fix with a carabiner clip. The hardware ... look at the 3d and 5th pics on the product site. It seems that they want the steel circle to be an interface between the bolt and chains. That is, the chains hang off the circle, the circle off the bolt. That's correct - you do not want your chains hanging off the bolt - too much movement. But the steel circle cannot fit into the cavity where the bolt resides. There is a carabiner clip included, but that's the interface between this lower piece and the ceiling plate. Just get the another of the same clip to use an an interface between the bolt and the circle. The chains, of course, are already connected to the circle. The pic is how the hardware arrived. The workaround is mine, not queried to nor endorsed by the manufacturer.Very good baseline product group. I'm not a big-time user, so I'm sure this will last me - and for a good overall price.

Das Produkt wurde gut geliefert und hat eine schöne Verpackung.Für das Geld bekommt man auf den ersten Blick viel mehr als man erwarten würde, aber bei dem Preis muss es natürlich auch seine Nachteile haben.Ich selbst kann sagen für das Geld lohnt es sich als Box Anfänger dieses Set zu holen, zu 100%. Falls man aber eine Garantie auf qualität braucht empfehle ich mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen, was ich wiederum Box Anfängern nicht empfehle haha.Nachteile in meiner Bestellung waren, der Karabiner war irgendwie verschweißt, weshalb ich ihn am Anfang nicht aufbekommen habe. Insgmt war es schwer aber mit Werkzeug konnte ich ihn öffnen.Der Handgelenktrainer hatte eine lose verdeckungskappe, war man aber ohne weiteres kleben konnte, sonst war alles einwandfrei und das Produkt ist voll funktionsfehig.Vorteile:- Viele Gadgets und alles was man als Box anfänger braucht- Günstig und schnelle LieferungNachteile:- Keine Garantie auf Qualität- Riecht etwas nach produktionsplastik am Anfang, da alles aus China ist
