Don't waste your money, I woke up drenched in sweat last night, the cooling is nonexistent. It's like sleeping on a board, I woke up so sore and could barely move.

It is a good cool mattress pad. Can feel it is cool when just get on bed. However, it is not quite fit with a very soft mattress.

Im menopausal so I’m HOT. All the time. I think this helped a little. It feels ok even under a thin fitted sheet. Those who just want a little more coolness on the bed would be happy.

I'm not sure IF I feel cooler, while I think it would make a great beach and picnic blanket I didn't feel like it "cooled me down over the summer " its thick and made well, a cooling blanket, don't think so.
