If you are confused by two opposite side reviews about its size my review might help. It is big enough as a gym bag; may fit your boxing equipment except the headgear; definitely would not fit enough for mma or kickboxing equipment.I am returning mine, however, not for the above reasons because I still liked its sturdiness and functionality. I am returning it because of some white paint and sticky stuff ruined the bag upon delivery. Hope this helps.

While I liked the quality of the bag itself, the one I received was missing its removable shoulder strap. I tried contacting the seller on their website, and they were not very helpful or responsive with options I could do to replace it, besides returning the bag and ordering a whole new one (despite the fact it was out of stock at the time on here).

Great bag. Some of the stitching isn't the best so not sure how long it will last, but I love the backpack option.

A little on the small side, if you use the shoe pocket, you're not left with much room on the inside of the bag.
