This is a great weighted suction head for my above ground pool. Big issue. Installing the included spring with no instructions. What a nightmare. Instead of a hook on one end and a straight piece on the other end this spring had a round end that didn't hook on to the vacuum head lead. After going back to the Amazon website and blowing up the picture I figured out how it was supposed to be installed. Still had to fight with it for quite a while to get everything to line up properly so it would go on right. I guess you could still use it without the spring but I wasn't about to accept defeat. Install the stupid spring before shipping it. Problem solved.

Good but not as good as a weighted vacuum head. It's hard for me to maneuver at times.

I have an inground pool and need a vac head that has weight to it and this one has no weight at all. Its of no use to me if I have to keep pressing down on it to get any cleaning done. I also bought the Poolmaster 18510 triangle vac head which I haven't used yet but it does feel heavier to hold it. My last vac was a triangle and it worked well so I'm hopeful. It seems they all have the bristles break off pretty quickly, I'm not sure why....a manufacturing thing maybe so you buy more often.
