Although it is absolutely not the fault of the seller or manufacturer, my order was three days delayed and once I got it the box was all ripped up and open. The product itself is great! I love that you can change the angle of the saw because you can get a little more leverage on the branch you are trying to cut. Some of the pole-saws you see are fixed and you cannot get it into tight areas very easily; it also helps with storage when you are not using the saw.

I like this product for trimming small shrubs and bushes. It did okay on our over grown elaeagnus bushes, but a stronger gas powered trimmer would have worked better. But I’m pleased with the trimmer overall, very good value for the price. It will work well on our elaeagnus as long as we don’t let them get way over grown

Received it but the part which brings this to the height stated wasn’t shipped . I did try it but the hedge blades kept on locking so couldn’t really use it . I will say it seems pretty heavy esp if u need to cut a tall bush. I’m pretty strong but I could see me having trouble using it for any length of time . I didn’t keep it

Works great and cuts smooth. Big help reaching the tops of my shrubs & bushes. One thing I suggest: it's a bit heavy on the end of the pole. They supply a support strap the goes around the shoulder and ataches to the pole. If you move that strap end attached to the pole further up the pole, it's makes a big improvement because is balances better- easier to use.

Works well close to ground but very heavy to hold use up high, impossible with extension for normal strength man especially off a ladder. Battery lasts a long time with normal usage. Cuts well vines and foliage . Very good for price.

Being a #campfireparadise California Camp fire survivor left a mess. may dangerous trees. This tool helped make cuts from a safe distance and also trimmed high branches well. I have only used it one time so we will see how it holds up. The battery life has been better than I expected. The price is the winner. The lot I am working on now is a new project. Wish I had this when doing the first property. I had many trees fall very close when using a normal chain saw. Burnet trees do odd things. So for safety this is great for any home owner. It gives a a safe distance to stay away and also gives you reach. Giving it 5 stars for it earned it the first day. A pro would have charged about $1200. Most people can not afford to hire a tree service so here is a safe option.
