Love love this product. The mattress bad is good quality and fits pillow top mattress. The instructions are so easy , puss button to H or L then one bottom for how long . That’s it . I have the controls up near my head . Turn it on before I get in bed and it’s warm and those 4am wake ups when your cold , set it for One hour and I am fast asleep. Great product. Love Love It

Mattress works and fit and quality are solid. But the mattress is WAY TOO HOT! I’ve been through a number these heated mattresses before, and this one isn’t really palatable for a full evening. I put it on LOW for 30 minutes and my wife and I can only tolerate a fraction of that. We basically turn it on while getting ready for bed and then have to turn it off or we’ll overheat. I wish low was really LOW so we could run it all night. Low on this mattress pretty much meets the highest setting I’ve had on the other heated pads I’ve had. I like it overall but I won’t buy another when it dies.

Heating pad was just as described and easily fit over our 17" mattress. The quality seems to be very good and it shipped in it's own box which really isn't an issue for me. I would have rated it a 5 if the tabletop dial had a light that let's me know if it was still on hours later. I tend to keep the dial on the floor and I like to look and make sure it's still on without having to get another light to see. Otherwise, highly recommend and glad I chose this one. Keeps us warm on these winter nights!

I was a little surprised when the package arrived and it was rather small. My first thought was they sent the wrong size. LOL, the manufacturer vacuum sealed the product. It works well and I enjoy the timer feature and the digital controls. Is it durable? I've used it only for two weeks and expect to years of service from it.

Purchased this to replace an existing heated mattress pad that was 5 years old and was not working on my husband's side. Tried out this new one last night and loved it! It heated up quickly and you could feel the heat from your head to your toes. My husband's back was bothering him yesterday so he turned his side on and he said it was like having a heating pad on his whole back and legs. We also like that you can set the control to have it auto-shut off after a specified amount of time. I started out having my side set at "3" but then I had to lower it to "2" because I was too warm. Another feature that I loved was that the light on the control box does not stay on all night. I am one that does not like a lot of light glowing in the room when I go to sleep. I think I made the right choice and I would highly recommend!
