Saw this at a hotel gym and decided to get one for myself. There are 7 sets of core and stretching exercises, I do one set of each daily. Helps me to keep up on my fitness routine. The mat is nice and thick unlike most other mats.

The mat has numerous core and stretch movements that are designed for flexibility and stability. I use many positions each day.

I really liked the thickness of this mat. I also liked the stretch and core poses on the mat. The length was good, but it was slightly more narrow than I would have liked. But overall, a great mat!

I first used this yoga mat at a hotel gym during a recent road trip. It was so nice that I bought one for home. It's thick but not too thick. One side has 14 yoga poses printed on it and the other side has body weight exercises. None of these poses are new to me but I find the visuals helpful. When I want to focus on a particular area, I just scroll through the diagrams and hit the ones that target the area I'm interested in. I have a couple of mats but this one is my favorite.

So handy to have the core and flexibility exercises right in front of you. I can do them while I am watching tv. A great addition to my racket sports and weight workouts and a good way to target abs every day.

This is a higher quality mat; thicker and more cushioned and even has a carry case. It shows a good set of core exercises. I have it to my 90-year-old mom who has osteoporosis and still does cardio and floor exercises faithfully every morning. Will probably get one for myself.

Just the right thickness, with exercise illustrations on both sides. For me it's perfect for doing exercise while watching TV or a movie! :-)

TLDR: This is the ONE, just get itI honestly didn't know they made exercise/yoga mats this comfortable!! I randomly found this mat in a hotel gym of all places. They had this hanging on the wall and I was blown away by the quality of it when I tried it. The mat is thick, firm and supportive enough to support your full weight sitting, laying down down or standing, but also somehow extremely soft and comfortable. I don't know how to describe it. It just feels so much better to lay on than so many other mats I've tried. I've been to many gyms so I've tried a lot. This is HANDS DOWN the best by far. It's a little pricey but worth EVERY PENNY. I almost didn't want to write this review for fear of word getting out, it blowing up and the price going up bc I will probably buy another one in the future! It's THAT good.I read some other reviewers mention a chemical smell but mine didn't have that I could tell. Smelled the same as any other new yoga/exercise mat and even that dissipated within a day.

Has a wee bit of a smell, but dissipated quickly. great to have guide printed right on mat. good thickness and quality. fast delivery. would recommend.
