I purchased this pump to clean my tankless water heater. I took the filter off and set the pump into a bucket with the cleaning solution and let it go for about an hour. The flow volume was enough to clean the heater and it is very quiet. It was the right pump at the right price. Highly recommended.

Not even one year and the pump is now flowing backwards. Threw it out. Dont bother buying.

had to sand the sharp edges down to keep from ripping into pool cover . no biggie.. works great. on and the off and it will siphon the rest out. great little pump.

This is a hardy little pump. It's very small, yes. Also, it is very slow. The water comes out of the hose slowly. It comes out fast enough to fill the hose, but any significant amount of water will take a couple of hours to pump. I don’t necessarily regret buying it, but I would NOT rebuy once this goes kaput. kapoot? cahput?
