Great addition to screws,nuts and bolts. Apply for those semi-permanant bolt in use. Not for glass.

This kit contains a variety of common sized nuts that will expand when tightened and anchor into place, these are ideal for oversized holes, or for use in situations where movement from torque may be an issue. these contain both black and silver versions. These items are all metallic and should be long lasting once anchored.

I'm a do it yourself type of person and I can see many possible uses for these jack screws. They can be used for wood working, but also for automotive work. These can be driven into wood, but also metal, such as the hold down screws for an air breather. To use them you simply need a hole of the right size, drive them in and put a bolt into them and tighten. They expand to fill the hole and they hold tightly. This is a nice little selection of jack screws and come in a compartmentalized container to keep them safe and handy.

I don't quite understand why there are no bolts Oddly enough these jack nuts do not have the bolts - very strange indeed.

This is a great assortment of jack nuts and provides a lot of variety to fit multiple situations needing these types of fasteners. I liked that there are both steel and black finish nuts and that the variety of nuts comes in different fastener sizes and lengths.I'll be using these for my woodworking projects where I want to hide the fastener locations and don't want to have obvious fastener nuts located in view; or that I would otherwise have to go to extremes to locate the fasteners so as to hide normally installed nuts.I also liked that these jack nuts can be used on a variety of materials without harming or deforming them. I tried them on a number of installations and they worked great each time.
