This is the first time I have used the Slushie Machine but using it is easier than you would expect. You get so many options from slushies, frappes, milkshakes, adult slushies and more. There's options for you to adjust it using 5 presets which are easy to change. This is a great option for get togethers, office parties, or even just for a fun evening at home. It keeps the drinks cold with the cold retention feature which is a plus for parties that last a little bit longer. I have only tried the basic drinks so far but I cannot wait to experiment with all the different things I can make with this. One thing to note is that, when using it for making drinks with alcohol content there may be some trial and error to get the desired consistency by adjusting the ratios of alcohol and sugar. There is an extremely useful self-cleaning function which does a little bit of work but is going to be great for keeping it clean and ready to go for making many drinks for all occasions. If you have been looking for a frozen drink maker but have been trying to find "just the right one", this is the one for you.

This is such a big deal. This has been a game changer. It is so easy to clean and maintain. It makes perfect slushies. The clean setting does such an amazing job at getting all things sticky off the center part. Easy to hand wash the 2 pieces that come off. It’s quiet too. Like super quiet. It does give you a beep when the drink is ready to be dispensed which is nice. Functions so well. It is a bit big but it’s worth it. We use our slushie machine every weekend and sometimes during the week.

I bought this slushie maker close to 2 weeks ago and I have to admit I'm so glad that I did. This thing is awesome! I've been using it primarily just to make slushies. It's very simple to use. All you have to do is pour your favorite fruit drinks into the main bowl, turn the machine on, select Slushie, then choose your density level. So far it's taken about 20 to 25 minutes to make slushies from liquid at room temperature. I've used a variety of juices, and have mixed and matched a couple like cranberry, apple, and grape. With summertime coming a machine that can make frozen treats is definitely a luxury I'm happy to have.I've used this when friends and family have come over. All of them said it was great. I've used it by myself too, but I'll let you know that the minimum amount of liquid to get the machine running is 16 oz. That's two full cups, so if you're making for yourself like I've done a couple times you're going to have to be able to drink at least two cups. If you've got other people who live with you, or friends over it shouldn't be a problem to find someone who will help you drink it up.Clean up is real easy. Pour some water into the bowl, press the clean cycle on the machine, wait about 4 minutes for it to rinse, then you empty the machine of water and hand wash about three different parts. It's not dishwasher safe, but honestly the whole process doesn't take more than 10 minutes if you're efficient.As I said before, I'm using this primarily to make myself slushies. The machine came with a booklet which has some recipes to make various spiked drinks and frozen coffee drinks. There's also a setting for milkshakes, but I haven't tried it out yet. A disclaimer, this is not a smoothie machine. The directions very clearly state not to put any kinds of actual fruits or solid foods into the machine. What you're getting is something that will turn your liquids into frozen slush. For someone like me I couldn't ask for more. If you like frozen slushies and have some disposable income, this is the machine for you

This slushie machine is awesome! The setup and the instructions on using it were very easy. I also appreciated the stickers strategically placed to remind you from doing something you shouldn't. For our first slushie, I made a berry milkshake that was really thick and creamy. The machine was very quiet. I was curious about how much power usage it was going to draw, so before I started the machine I plugged it into an outlet that measured the amount of watts consumed and as you can see in the pic that I have attached, it only took .04 kilowatts. In our area a kilowatt cost $.13, so that is less than a penny to run it for 20 minutes. When I cleaned the machine, I poured the water in a little too fast and spilled a little, but that was on me. I certainly wouldn't reduce the stars for this machine because of it.Also, it came with some good recipes and I also found more online.You will be very happy with this machine.
