First one came damaged. Returned and ordered new one. Second one was damaged as well. Tried to chat on Squatz website but no response. Returned both.

This board does just what I need it to do. However, when using on a wood floor, I noticed my polish was getting scratched. So I added furniture felt to the bottom (photo) to the adjustable rails and the far end. This made it so the board wouldn’t scratch up my floor. My 5 year old also loves it!

Received the board and it was even better than I expected. Made strong and durable. I love it, I’m 69 and have a bad back and bad knees. After two weeks I have cancelled my chiropractor visits. It has straighten my core, my legs and my whole body. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. To begin you need to be in a door way to help with your balancing, it’s so much fun!

I bought this to help my grandson learn how to balance. I hope it will help him when he rollerskates and uses his hover board.

My husband and I have lifting weights for some time now, but decided to also incorporate balance board into our workouts/exercise sessions as core stability is crucial to except use. The wooden stopping rails can be moved depending on the one using it and their comfort level. Grip tape has been applied to the board to increase safety and make practicing balance easier - surprisingly balance exercises engage a lot of my muscles. It is durable and sturdy.
