This is a fairly strong stainless pizza "tray" style pan (slightly curved at the rim rather than stepped or straight sided.) The rim is very strongly formed while the middle is a little thinner. In terms of this vs aluminum pans, it's sort of a tossup: This one is completely dishwasher safe, but doesn't conduct heat quite as well. I usually remove pizza from the pan and put it directly on my stone for the final few minutes, so the heat conduction isn't too important to me.The easy cleanup makes this a great pan for serving pizza, or for other general oven jobs like roasting vegetables. Also would be great for making pizza on a grill where washing in the dishwasher would remove the soot and smoke residue easily. Size is a full 12", depth is about 1/4".

Beautiful, durable, thick, heavy smaller stainless pizza pan. It is exactly 12” across but it isn’t perfectly flat, there’s a gradual slight dip around the edge making it 10” across the bottom, which might be an issue with frozen pizzas. But that doesn’t matter if you’re working with dough, it’s all usable space, and the shape makes it strong. It doesn’t warp at all at 450, which is the highest temp I tried it at so far, not even when I put it directly on top of the pizza steel in the bottom of my big oven, and that is the hottest part. If you preheat this pan, it’s beautifully nonstick and wonderful for par baking homemade thin crust, it will slide right off and then you can top your pizza and use the pan for final baking too if you like. I like that it also fits my Ninja countertop airfryer oven for when I don’t want to turn on the big oven.

And other items in the countertop oven.It’s sturdy, super easy to clean in the dishwasher and heats up evenly. Since it is a light color, it takes a little longer for items to crisp up, so keep that in mind. Using a little oil and carefully preheating it helps.I will be ordering a couple more, and looking for a perforated one for super crispy crusts.

The stainless steel used to make this pizza pan is genuine stainless steel, so no need to worry about stickiness when paired with light oiling. The size is made for an average size pizza, (for about 3-4 people), and has a great baking capacity. I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Pros- Solid metal- Thick bottom (not sides) with some heft to it- Easy to clean with a Brillo pad and/or good sponge- Heats up quickly and makes pizzas nice and crispyCons- On the smaller side. I wish it was 15 inches. This is just about enough for a medium pizza.- Sides are a bit on the thinner metal side

I make a 10" cast iron pizza and this pan is perfect for serving it. It is fairly thin stainless steel, though the rolled edge stiffens it up so it doesn't bend. It has a little curve to it so it doesn't sit perfectly flat though doesn't rock so it's fine. Overall a decent pan for a decent price.

This 12-inch stainless steel pizza pan is one right product we should have if we like preparing Pizza. Perfect for a medium size pizza. Unlike other pans I’ve tried that are flimsy, this one is sturdy, well-made, and has a good weight to it. It heats evenly in the oven, giving my homemade pizzas a nice, crisp base without burning. I hope it continues to heat evenly even after months of usage.Since it is Stainless Steel, it is much easier to clean it. Food doesn’t stick much, But I had to do a little bit of oil coating before first use. It’s fully dishwasher safe, which makes post-dinner cleanup quick and hassle-free.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the curved and lifted edges around the tray that have made it difficult for me to pick up pizza from it. But overall, I loved it and I will continue to use it. Great value for the quality!

YUIICAOV Stainless Steel Pizza Pan 12 inch. Very nice steel pan to replace an ancient one. Nice to be able to wash in the dishwasher unlike the old warped one that got rusty from the DW. It’s just the size for “large” – that is, not VERY large – frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Just barely big enough. Too small for homemade or take-and-bake pizza. Washes up easily and the higher rim keeps sauce or cheese from going over the edge into the oven. The 12” measurement is clearly shown in the product photos and I should have known that the curve of the rim would make the flat area smaller … but I DO wish it were a bit bigger. So just be aware: it’s 12 inches across from edge of rim to edge of rim, not the bottom of the pan. If that’s big enough for you, as it actually is for us, you’ll like it a lot. Oh, right, yes, another thing … the shiny bright surface makes it harder to get the crust browned, compared to a darkened pan. I’m experimenting with higher over temperature and rack placement to work around that.
