This is incredibly small at 7 7/8" and seriously shallow to be of any actual use. It would not even hold the contents of a small 16 oz can of baked beans. Plus it has a damaged (chipped) lid. I would not recommend this product.

This is an ideal small casserole dish for use when cooking for one, generally I use it with my small Sage counter-top oven when my wife is away. As with all cast iron cookware it's heat retention is fantastic meaning you use less energy when cooking, the enamel interior makes it very easy to clean.
