Product works as described. Quality appears to be good. The only issue that I've had is difficulty securing it with my one good arm/hand. I can recommend the product with the asterisk that assistance may be needed by a second person to properly put the device on the affected bicep.

The device heats up easily. I use it to alleviate the pain on my left arm. I've just used it one time and I already felt some slight relief from the pain. Hopefully after several uses I will feel complete relief. Good product. I completely recommend.
