I've tried many random brands of water fountains from Amazon but all the motors managed to break within the first year so I finally spent the money to try KittySpout, it did the same exact thing after 4 months of owning it. I don't recommend this product just stick with the cheaper brands.

My cats had kidney issues as kittens and I was always concerned they did not drink enough water. They drink a ton out of this fountain. It is very easy to clean, I bought a large box of filter replacements for not much money, it is pretty much silent and almost 6 months later I have not had any issues with it. Highly recommend.

Super easy to clean! I've owned three different water fountains. This one is by far the easiest to clean. The pump comes apart easily into just a few pieces with no tiny nooks and crannies for easy cleaning. The reservoir is large enough that we don't have to worry about adding water regularly. And the cats like the spout.

I first want to say I love the Kitty Spout Fountain and purchased 3 of them. And Recommended them to many friends. However, the pump went out after 5 months, and the warranty was only good for less than 60 days. I cleaned it as recommended and replaced the filters. Because of this 60 day return policy, I won’t be ordering or recommending them again. I understand a warranty period because someone changed their mind, but this a problem with the item. I only rate the item as a 1, due to the warranty.

Cat fountain seems to work well, is quite quiet, just setup today, so have not seen any of our 4 cats use it yet.I do feel compelled to mention that the product was shipped in the consumer box with no other packaging. Did arrive without damage, however it was apparent that the item had been a return and was sent back out without anyone checking the contents. All of the original plastic bags were in the box, balled up at one end. One of the small Philips screws that holds on the wire exit grommet was loose and in the bottom of the water tank, that I had to reinstall.Product seems to be well made and as mentioned before, is quiet. Will come back with updates after a period of use.
