The blanket is fine but for me a selling point was it came with a bag. Disappointed that was not the case.

Simmilar in quality to others at this price point. Don't expect it to last forever but feel comfortable having it in my emergency bag to provide protection from the elements in a short term situation

This is a sturdy, well-made product that could serve as more than an emergency shelter. I saw a video where some guy "put it to the test," but basically beat it until it failed. That's unfair in my book. This thing won't let you down. The grommets are very strong, the tarp itself is thick, the mylar and plastic are welded together well, and the carrying bag is big enough for cord, stakes, and extras for a great quick setup emergency shelter. It also makes a good floor liner for a tent.I feel safe with this in my pack and recommend it.

I followed the Pathfinder recommendations of using Gorilla tape to ring the edges and reinforce the grommets but pulled a grommet first use.I forgot to put it as a ground sheet under my tent so I unstaked the tent and had my wife grab a loop on one end and I grabbed another loop. We pulled it under the tent and just from the resistance of grass under the tent my wife pulled out a grommet. This was on a light tent, with a single Exped Downmat9 and two down quilts inside so no real weight.I can acknowledge the dragging thing is always hard on grommets but this was the weight of the tent floor plus maybe 5 pounds of gear inside.Super disappointed I have to baby this thing now, thought it would be tougher.

I bought two of these blankets, the zip on the bag split immediately the first time I tried to close it. The metal zipper is incredibly soft and broke with minimal pressure. The second blanket was just as flimsy though with a delicate touch I could close it without it breaking. In an emergency I doubt it would be possible to open without completely destroying it. The blanket seems to be ok but I have not tried it for real yet

Bought two of these for emergency cover and keep in my car with/for my "Get Home" kit. Well-constructed. Backed by the man himself, Dave Canterbury. Pleased with my purchases.

This is a great little tarp that is very light and portable. It’s not huge but enough to get you out of the elements and give you a great temporary shelter. I reinforced as shown by Pathfinders, not that you have to, just increase its longevity. They make great products.

First time I used it the green backing material split in several places. I wouldn't call this product "reusable"

Don’t buy one … it’s garbage made in China if weren’t for Gorilla tape folded over the seams it would fall apart!! As well as the grommets were just bashed one without any care.
