Low price not sure quality one of lock bolt thread is not aligned replaced with used bolt in garage used part bucket. Part is copper color but may be is lead.

Does it’s job and does it well if you have a lot of cars and don’t drive them all often this works great to keep the battery disconnected.

It's kind of small for bigger batteries, had to pry it open and shave my battery in a bronco2 I have but it works as described.
