a lot of people at the gym is asking me about this , i feel it in every work out that i use them . wish i had them a long time ago . some people are telling me that they are going to get some after trying them . i use them on a lot.

The single base grip seems like enough - add challenge to regular handles - without serious progression in mind. Just right for my hands and very solid heavy foam with grippy surface. Look like workout staples fitting DBs, suspension straps and resistance band grippers. (I'd like it if the larger sleeve pairs were sold individually, apart from the expensive full sets of two or three, for possible upsizing later.)

These have been an amazing addition to the home workout. They are not too soft either. I was concerned about them rotating and slipping on the dumbells but this is not an issue. Just look at the difference in the photos attached to the 30lb on the right. These grippers absolutely up the intensity that you will feel on you hands, wrists forearms, and even elbows since it works all the tendons too. I do my normal dumbell curls with 40lbs. With these attached, my grip strength at this point limits me to the 30lbs you see in the photo. These are just great. They feel super high quality with a VERY durable feeling. I was holding back because of the price but now that I've been using them for around 2 weeks I had to leave a review to help anyone that might be looking for a nice/portable addition to lots of different workouts.

IF my pull up bar was just one inch thick then these would be perfect, but as it stands my pull up bars are about 1.5 inches so the thick grips do not fit perfectly which means there's a bit of slippage as the bar pushes the grips beyond where they are supposed to go. That said, with dumbells and barbells it works very well, as they are 1 inch thick.

The 3 sizes provide a significant range of grip change. They nest very securely and are very durable material. Plus they come in a nice tin case and come with carrying bags. They really went above and beyond designing and making these. If you want a set that will last, this is them

By putting these on, you restore the old style emphasis on grip strength. Today's designs have thin handles and make it to easy the lift the weights. Put these on and your hands will have to work harder and strengthen for a more natural action. Try picking up rocks and you will see how the natural grip on the same weight is much more challenging than today's dumbells and barbells. These grip restore the challenge for greater benefit.

3 sizes for the price of one, and three sizes in the compact size of one set is awesome! This might be the best set of thick bar grips on the market. These are very gripy and rubbery material, not slippery squishy silicone like the cheaper versions, which have their place. They feel very rugged and heavy duty, like they will last forever. Comparable to the original fat gripz series except the surface is more even which I prefer for more consistency as performance will depend less on where the nurling parts land in the hand, making progressive overload easier to track, and are cheaper as you get all three sizes for the price of one. They are also easier to put and take off the bar compared to the original fat gripz. Can't recommend these enough. Get them before they go up in price.
