It's good that this 5-pack was inexpensive because they did not last long before losing abrasiveness while I was sharpening hedge trimmer blades. They might work better for filing softer material. I ended up using "Utoolmart 5mm x 180mm Second Cut Steel Flat Needle File" which worked very well for this purpose.
