Just received these today. Used immediately for our club check-in tonight and had zero problems.I did notice I'll have to change out my 3D printed parts (volume and PTT button guards). This battery is thicker than the standard 1800mAh battery.You will also have to relocate your belt clip from the radio to the battery. They include longer screws, but I don't like them because it makes the radio and battery screwed together. I just reused my old belt clip screws, which are shorter.Definitely like the idea of mobile charging with USB-C versus the radio bouncing around in the old charger base. Wish this had come out years ago. I was actually about to modify a charger base for mobile charging until I heard about these.
