Descriptions:
Made of brass material, high hardness and durable. Provides good mechanical properties with increased corrosion and heat resistance
The knurled insert nut has a guide, so no countersink is required. The surface is smooth, firm and even, and easy to install.
It can be installed into a plastic matrix by ultrasound or heat during the injection molding process.
Can be widely used in 3D printing injection molding to achieve tight fixation.
Because the outer diameter of the insert is embossed, it forms certain friction and bites force with the brass insert after molding, which can be fixed on the inside and will not fall off. Has a certain torsion and tension.

I got two different lengths of inserts. 88 pieces of 5.1mm and 11 pieces of 6.3mm inserts for a total of 99 inserts. I'm not gonna complain too much considering that I can still use them for my needs and the price is acceptable, but someone else might care.

Works but I have to take a star for how difficult they are to use. With no alignment nub these things are very hard to get centered on the hole you are trying to push them into. If I were buying these kind of nutserts again, I’d spend the extra money on the ones that can be aligned into a hole. Your project will come out much nicer in the end unlike mine which I could never get perfectly lined up after using these.

Most of the inserts are not cut all the way through. Usable but.. meh.

This is a great thing to have around to embed into woodworking and 3d prints. Simply use epoxy for wood, or melt into a 3d print with a soldering iron. Wonderful buy!

i havent had a chance to use these yet, but first impressions are they are pretty well made. i did test the threads out with a few screws i had around and they are nice and smooth. all pieces seemed well made, there were not obvious defects and they appeared uniform. i didnt bother with calipers to check tolerances, its just not that important for my application. all in all, im quite happy with the quality of these inserts, and for under 4 bucks for a bag of 100, you cant go wrong.

Used to avoid the slipped into place m3 nut option for 3d printing. This way, I don't have to worry about the nut falling or getting lost, because it's been melted into the part. You should put something in the threads to keep plastic from melting into the center. I use some long m3 screws, but maybe you prefer to use short grub screws. Or maybe you like to scrape melted plastic out of the threads of an inserted nut. I don't know, and I'm not your mother - you can do what you want.
