The coating of my old skillet began flaking off within a few uses. This was selected as a replacement. I am able to cook, fry, boil, proteins, vegetables, and pastas on various heat settings. I've used it for months without the surface flaking. Though this is a larger sized skillet, the angled handle is a comfortable grip. Because of the large size and versatility, the current price is a good value.

This is such a fabulous sized pan! And it's not light weight - it's hefty enough so sauces don't burn while cooking. I really like the handle on the other side of the handle for moving the pan when full or cooking. It washes beautifully - haven't had anything stick to it yet. It works just great on my induction burner. This pan or lid can not go into the oven because of the handles but I'm ok with that. I wanted a large enough pan to cook 3 hamburger helpers at once - this pan does that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍😁👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used this pan to braise some chicken breasts and carrots with my induction burner. The pan heated up quickly and once the water was boiling, I added the rice and turned the heat down. I then placed the lid on and cooked the rice for fifteen minutes. I couldn't believe how fast the dish was done. I took it off the stove, fluffed the rice and then tasted it. The chicken, carrots, and rice were cooked to perfection. This will be a great pan for stir fry. The deep sides will prevent the oil from spattering. It looks like a cast iron skillet, but it's so much lighter and heats up a lot faster. I'm going to have fun experimenting with it. Two thumbs up!

Wow! I am impressed with the quality.Lovely, thick coating that doesn't appear to wear down as fast as my Teflon plan. As I am switching my kitchen around to get rid of microplastics, I had to try this product. The lid is very heavy glass, and the pan can double as a pot because of how big it is.

This is going to be my new favorite pan! This non-stick pan is thick and tall with a heavy lid to match. The handles on the pan and the lid are solid and strong. There is an extra grab section of the pan across from the handle. The pan also sports a pour spout. I would love a full set of these!

I love this deep fryer pan. I use it almost everyday! I have scrambled eggs and cheese in it, made popcorn, pan fried chicken breast with no crust, fried eggs and potatoes. It is light weight. Works very well, no sticking. Perfect size for frying. The lids fits well, I had no issues using it. It seems to evenly heat the pan. -Highly recommended!

We're slowly changing our cookware to being compatible with our induction cooktop. This pan works on an induction cooktop and is nonstick which makes it even more versatile and useful. The pan is fairly thick and medium as far as weight so not too heavy like cast iron but heavier than a thin pan. The design elements of pour spouts and a small handle on the end are nice touches. The large handle integrates really well with the rest of the pan so there is no edge where food can get stuck so I really like that design. It comes with a glass cover. The marble-look of the cooking surface looks nice and the nonstick works really well. As with most nonstick cookware I know it will eventually wear out but hoping this lasts longer than others. Very happy with this pan especially for its very useful and practical size.
