I have 3 pendants lights above my front desk. One of them went out. After trying multiple new lightbulbs, I realize that the transform was out. I went to my local electrical supply. They didn't have any in stock, so they sent me to the lighting store. Same thing; nothing in stock.I can always rely on Amazon.Bought this and it was a fairly simple install. The light that this was installed into initially did not light up at the same times as the other two on the same switch. After shutting the switch down two or three times and restarting it each time, they were all synced up and there was no delay with respect to initial ones that were installed in/around 2005.Quality product.I am happy to have these lights working again. I love them!

We have three pendant lights over our kitchen island; each uses this transformer. In six years of ownership we have replaced a transformer four times, three times in just one of the lights. Don't know whether it's a design issue with the lights themselves or far less than optimal useful life of the transformer.

Had to replace an old transformer for an old potlight which stop working. This particular potlights has a halogen bulb (50w) and the customer wanted to keep the halogen bulb and not to go with a led ones. So, I had to look for a small transformer that could fit inside the fixture's junction box and also to give out at least 60-70w. This one was a perfect fit. Now will see how long would last....
