I love the design and it worked well for the first 4.5 weeks (4 bottles). Then today, mysteriously, while trying to fill a water pitcher, the dispenser stopped flowing. (The 5 gallon bottle is still more than half full.) I thought the battery needed replacing so I took the water pitcher away and as I crossed the room, the dispenser started releasing water! It was just a bit so I grabbed a paper towel to wipe it up. While I was doing that, it started to release water again! I was able to use my wet vac for the mess but I no longer feel comfortable using this dispenser. I can't afford to come home to a flooded kitchen!!!

Works very well, I bought it for the warehouse and camping where I don't have outlet. Having a platform to put cup is very useful.After 2 months review, We used to have a large water dispenser in the house, with this, it doesn’t take too much space on the counter. Battery hasn’t drained after 2 months of daily use. It is super easy to operate, even a 3 yr old can do it.

The product was simple to setup and although I just purchased this product, It worked like a dream. I am using a 5 Gallon bottle and both the on & off button and the auto on & off worked with not even an extra drop of water dripping out. The noise level was not a problem at all. This product is not junk. I wanted durability in a product and a great value for my money. I recommend this product for that reason

It’s perfect for lower countertops or tables. The battery lasts for at least two 5-gallon bottles, charges fast, and is super easy to set up.

Very impressed with this product! Extremely easy to install and turn on! My 40oz stanley cup that everyone has can fit perfectly under the dispenser and activate the pump. Very happy that this has a lifetime warranty, I feel confident that if anything were to go wrong later down the line that I will be taken care of. Great price and great product!

Over almost a year and its battery is holding great juice in it, after common daily use. Recharge never takes long and you can even dispensing water when it's charging too. Never had an issue and all as advertised.

UPDATE: Bought less than 6 months ago and it is already DEAD! This was my 3rd purchase. I will contact the manufacturer for a replacement. The item is beyond the return window.The first one died after a respectable term of service. I had experienced failures of the activation buttons in the past where when I released the button, it would continue to dispense water resulting in a watery mess. So, I tried two other "types" of dispensers. No bueno. For various reasons, other dispensers have many more problems so I repurchased this one. Years after Purchase #1, Purchase #2 had the same problem. By that time, I was wary of the problem and was practiced at quickly removing the platform to the sink until it decided to release the dispense mechanism. I have just purchased #3 because the dispenser is otherwise the most practical and function option. Just be prepared for a surprise flash flood at your dispenser and know it is not your fault!

Honestly a genius purchase. My husband and I were looking into water coolers and dispensers to supply us and our dogs with better water, but given water coolers cost $200-500 now, we wanted something cheaper. This device was just perfect. We have it sitting on one of the 18.9L/5 gallon jugs on our counter, and we just ad ice cubes to our glass if we want cold water. As for noise level, I mean it's a pump so there's going to be a bit of noise but I personally don't find it loud. We've been using it for just over two weeks now and haven't had issues with battery life. I would recommend!

Hab es im Büro auf einer 18 L Wasserflasche.Gute Verarbeitung. Metallhahn. Gute Pumpleistung. Leise. Sogar ein Kochtopf passt.Werden es auch im Campmobil nutzen.
